• Patient Data: Authorized staff may input patient data into the app, including names, dates of birth, genders, addresses, contact numbers, and Hospital Record Numbers (HRNs).
• Device and Camera Information: With your permission, our app accesses your device's camera and photo library to allow you to upload profile avatars, patient photos, and images of inventory or equipment.
• Operational Data: We collect data related to hospital operations, such as inventory stock levels, billing invoices, and equipment maintenance logs.

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• To provide, operate, and maintain the ENOPS platform for your hospital or clinic.

• To manage hospital operations, track inventory and assets, and handle billing and patient directories.

Your information, including images and operational data, is securely transmitted to and stored on our backend servers (powered by Supabase). We utilize Row Level Security (RLS) and authentication tokens to ensure that data is only accessible to authorized personnel within your specific hospital or clinic.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information or patient data to third parties. We may share information only in the following situations:

• Service Providers: We may share data with trusted third-party service providers (like our secure cloud hosting provider, Supabase) who assist us in operating our application.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, update, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Hospital administrators have the ability to manage staff accounts and patient records directly within the ENOPS app.
